Custom ERP Development
An ERP that fits how you actually run inventory, production and accounts, not the way Odoo or SAP B1 wishes you did.
What Custom ERP Delivers
- Inventory That Matches Your Warehouse: Generic ERPs solve 70% of any business and force expensive consultants for the remaining 30%, the part where your competitive edge actually lives. A custom ERP swaps that ratio, the boring 70% is built fast on standard libraries, the 30% that defines your operation is modeled deliberately, in code that you own.
- MRP That Producers Actually Use: Multi-level BOMs, routing per workstation, capacity planning, what-if rescheduling, shop-floor terminals. We support OPC UA / MQTT for live machine telemetry where needed.
- Accounting That Closes the Month in a Day: Double-entry ledger as source of truth, automated bank reconciliation, IVA / VAT computation by jurisdiction, exports for the SII (Spain), Modelo 303/390, Holded or your accountant.
- Modular Rollout, Not Big-Bang: We start with the painful module (usually inventory or MRP) and integrate read-only with your legacy system. Modules go live one at a time, never in a 9-month freeze.
- EDI and B2B Customer Portals Built In: EDIFACT, X12 or simple SFTP for trading partners. A B2B portal where your wholesale customers see real-time stock, place orders and download invoices on their schedule.
- You Own the System, Not Rent It: No per-user license that scales with growth, no surprise upgrade fees, no consultant lock-in. The repo and the database live in your cloud account from day one.
How We Build Your Custom ERP
- Operational Mapping: We walk the warehouse, sit with the production planner, and follow an invoice from quote to bank reconciliation. Output, a documented as-is and a prioritized to-be.
- Module Sequencing: We pick the order (usually inventory and purchasing first because they unblock everything else) and the read-only bridge to keep the legacy ERP alive during transition.
- Build & Pilot per Module: Each module ships to a pilot warehouse or business unit before company-wide rollout. We measure metrics that matter, fewer stockouts, faster month-close, error rates.
- Cutover with a Rollback Plan: Every cutover has a documented rollback. We never bet the company on a Friday-night migration without a way to undo by Monday morning.
- Train the Trainers: We train your power users by module and hand them annotated screen recordings to onboard the rest. Sustainable learning beats a one-shot workshop.
- Hyper-Care: Six weeks of close support after the last module, pair-debug with controllers, daily standups during month-close.
High-performance stack used by global leaders
React/Next.js/Angular on the frontend and Java 21 + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL 14 on the backend, the same stack that BBVA, ING, and Netflix use for their security and performance.

Custom ERP: FAQ
Why build instead of using Odoo, SAP B1 or Microsoft Dynamics?
When the implementation cost crosses €100K and the ongoing license + consultant spend approaches €60-80K/year, custom ERP wins on a 4-5 year horizon. We help you do the math honestly. Sometimes Odoo is the right call.
How much does a custom ERP cost?
There is no list price, because there is no list ERP. Running the warehouse and the invoicing of a 20-person distributor does not cost the same as running a whole factory, with its production planning and its customer portal. Book a free call with one of our engineers. We go through what you need, and you get a written quote per phase instead of a made-up number.
How long does it take?
The first module can be in production from 3 weeks, and a full rollout usually lands between 8 and 12 weeks. It depends entirely on the functionality. We have shipped very complete platforms in two months and some projects need longer. What we never do is disappear for a year and switch everything on at once on the last day, each module goes live as soon as it is ready, and your team uses it from that moment.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, that integration is what makes a phased rollout possible. We bridge to older ERPs, accounting (Holded, Sage, A3), your bank, e-invoicing (Verifactu, FacturaE), carriers (SEUR, MRW, UPS) and the automated order exchanges some large customers require.
What about Spanish tax compliance?
Modelo 303, 390, 347, SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información), TicketBAI for País Vasco and Verifactu are all in our standard library. We update for regulatory changes as part of maintenance.
Where does the data live?
In your own cloud account (AWS, GCP, Azure or your own data centre). Everything we set up is written as code, so you keep full control from day one and nothing depends on us being around. European servers only, unless you specifically need the US or Latin America.
How is maintenance handled long-term?
A monthly retainer covers regulatory updates, bug fixes, infrastructure patches, and a small backlog of enhancements. Or you take it in-house and we do a knowledge-transfer phase.
Do you work with clients globally?
Yes. We work fully remote with clients across Spain, Europe, the US and LATAM. Time zones, video calls and live demos at every milestone.
